What are your management fees?
We work on a commission basis — we only earn when you earn. Our fee comes from a percentage of each booking, with a one-time upfront £250 onboarding fee and no monthly retainers. We confirm the exact commission rate during your property visit.

What if a guest damages my property?
Every booking includes guest screening before arrival. We also conduct post-stay inspections and work with platforms that provide host damage protection. In the rare event of damage, we manage the entire claim process for you.
